THE SYSTEM

By the conscious state of presence that resides in class, the practitioners individual consciousness slowly dissolves into a deeper and more profound consciousness of being. This conscious state of presence is the vibrational foundation of my threefold system of movement-based arts that help purify, harmonize and evolve one’s body, mind with spirit.

1) THE CLEANSER

PURIFICATION & ENERGIZATION EXERCISES

These exercises are based on the ancient Chinese healing and energization system known as Chi Kung, they are the equivalent to the India yoga breathing system known as Pranayama.

These exercises can heal a wide variety of illnesses and physical disorders. They also work on a very deep cellular level, purifying and cleansing the body’s internal energy channels. Very often old memories of pains, injuries or trauma will be released and cleared.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The breath descends from ‘heaven energy’ sometime referred as; cosmic energy. By focusing with specific mind intent combined with coordination of breath with movement, stillness of mind arises. You literally transform yourself, by the breath that comes from the cosmos which cultivates excellent health along with a sense of being reborn.

2) THE CONTAINER

THE FORM

With more than 40 years of practice of the traditional art of Tai Chi combined with my spiritual unfoldment, I came to realize and experience, “Moving From Emptiness.” I now share this in a practice I call, ‘The Form’, which is a physical vehicle to understand and experience the art of non-doing – The art of egoless action.

All moments of the Form are developed to keep us balanced and in our center. By relaxing the body and limbs: keeping the body, legs and arms soft and open, the free flow of ‘life essence’ or Chi as it is called will flow easily through the entire body.

Think of a twisted garden hose. The twist will stop the flow of Chi – ( life force ) from traveling through it, making it not function properly. When the hose has no stress or twists along it, everything will move more freely. One can experience this openness and relaxation in the body during the Form.

The softness, lightness, gracefulness and perfect coordination of all movements reflect the poetry of internal and external integration of body, mind and spirit. This integration harmonizes us with the universe and give us peace.

Benefits of practicing the Form are many: good health, clarity of mind, inner peace, harmonization of body, mind with spirit and Soul-realization.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Through relaxation. If we could truly relax, 95% of our physical and mental problems could be solved.

WHAT IS TRUE RELAXATION?

– A deep contentment and stillness within oneself.

– An acceptance of what is.

– A surrendering: the giving up of the “doer”.

– Experiencing peace and joy: (the true state of our natural ‘being’).

One learns that there is a peace and bliss the pervades the whole of existence, which can be personally experienced through the silence and stillness of the Form.

CHAKRA HEALING

Chakra Healing is an ancient sacred exercise that connects us to our own inner divinity. We all have energy centers (chakras) in our body which we can not see. When we are totally balanced all of these centers are working. In most of us some of these are working quite well, and some not. Each chakra connects and represents itself to a different aspect of our well-being.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We first begin by making contact with these chakras by stimulating them to open and function better. Once the chakras are more open and balanced we begin an exercise that invokes our own self-divinity, which connects us with the peace and bliss that permeates the whole of existence (Divine Love).

Without inner silence we can never feel true contentment, which is the same as peace. Only when we become quiet can we enter into the realm of…. Meditation
